Cecilia Mendoza is an Italian-Argentinian visual artist based in Paris, currently studying at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She works under the name CM Visual Artist and has been known online as @ceciliaismyname.

Her recent work includes a private commission currently on display atPrecise Time: Two Centuries in the Makingat the Clockmakers' Museum, Science Museum London, until February 2027.

Her practice focuses on drawing, painting, and contemporary art, with a particular interest in luxury objects and vintage watches. She works on large formats, in oil on linen, ink, and oil and wax pencils on paper.

Her artworks are held in private collections worldwide and have been featured in Forbes Argentina, HODINKEE, Watchonista, Lady by GMT India, and Watch Books Only. Her work has been exhibited in Bucherer CPO Lounges in Zurich, Bern, Lausanne and the Bucherer pop-up store at Pesto Gallery.

In 2022, she began a collaboration with Watchfid, whose Milan office displays her paintings and drawings. Her drawing of a Rolex Daytona was included in their Rolex Cosmograph Daytona book.

Cecilia began her artistic career in Buenos Aires in 2013. Her first solo exhibition, inspired by Jorge Luis Borges, was presented at the Borges Cultural Center in 2016 and shown at the Argentine Consulate in Barcelona, sponsored by the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and recognized by the Institute of Culture of Catalonia.
