How are artworks packaged for shipping?
Original drawings are packaged flat in custom protective folders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Oil Paintings are carefully rolled.
Fine art prints, on the other hand, are delicately rolled and shipped in rigid tubes to prevent any damage during transit. We take great care in packaging each artwork to guarantee its safe arrival to you.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. After processing, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We strive to dispatch your order as promptly as possible while ensuring the utmost care is taken in preparing your artwork. Please note, for orders outside of the EU, shipping times may also be influenced by customs procedures in your country.
Are customs fees included in the price for international orders?
No, unfortunately these fees are not included and are your responsibility. We suggest searching online for the customs duties/fees based on your country as it varies location to location.

What resources do I have if my artwork arrives damage?
While all artworks are shipped via DHL with insurance to safeguard against damage during transit, it's essential to inspect the package immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the exterior package, please inspect the contents carefully upon opening. If the Artwork arrives damage, please contact me as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the artworks (Paintings, Drawings and Fine Art Prints), we do not accept returns. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.
